Our chef is a certified pâtissière, trained professionally at Tokyo Belle époque College of Confectionery and Culinary in Tokyo, Japan. She specialises in French-Japanese desserts and holds a highly coveted certification in confectionery hygiene master issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
